Areas We Explore Together

The questions that matter most
for leaders who want to grow.

Leadership coaching is not about fixing what is broken. It is about developing the clarity, confidence, and judgment to lead at your best — in a way that is entirely your own.

Self-Awareness

Understanding how you think, what drives you, and the patterns shaping your leadership today.

Clarity & Direction

Defining what matters most to you — and where you are truly headed as a leader.

Confidence

Leading from a place of genuine inner confidence — not performance or approval.

Leadership Effectiveness

The habits, behaviours, and practices that make leadership genuinely effective over time.

Executive Presence

How you show up, communicate, and carry influence in rooms that matter.

Influence & Impact

Building relationships and communicating in ways that create real, lasting influence.

Career Transitions

Navigating change — new roles, new industries, or a reinvention of your professional identity.

Sustainable Growth

Building success that is rooted in your values and sustains beyond any single role or season.

Executive Coaching & Leadership Development
From the Founder

Seventeen years in corporate life
taught me one thing: leadership begins inside.

I spent nearly two decades working across IT, consulting, and MNC environments in India — building teams, navigating complexity, and carrying the weight of expectations that came with each new role. What I discovered, slowly and then unmistakably, was that the real work was never about the strategy or the structure. It was about understanding myself clearly enough to lead well.

The Rooted Forward exists for professionals at that same threshold — where effort is no longer the answer, and something deeper is needed. My work is grounded in professional coach training through Erickson Coaching International, and shaped by everything I learned from being in the rooms where leadership is tested.

The Leadership Challenge

Something has shifted.
The old answers no longer fit.

There comes a point in most leadership journeys where capability is not the constraint. The real questions become quieter, and harder to name. That is precisely where this work begins.

"I've achieved what I set out to achieve — and I'm not sure what comes next, or who I want to be in it."

"I lead well on the surface. Beneath it, I'm not sure I'm leading in a way that reflects who I actually am."

"There's a gap between the leader I am today and the leader I sense I could be. I don't know how to close it."

"I want the next chapter of my career to be more intentional — built on purpose, not just momentum."

The Approach

How the work unfolds.

01 Self-Awareness

Understand yourself clearly.

We begin with honest reflection — how you think, what drives you, where your energy goes, and what patterns have shaped how you lead until now.

02 Presence

Develop how you show up.

Insight becomes action. We work on the quality of your presence — how you communicate, how you influence, and how others experience you as a leader.

03 Direction

Lead with intention.

We build towards something durable — a way of leading grounded in your values, suited to who you are becoming, and sustainable across the long arc of your career.

Who This Is For

This work is for leaders
at a significant threshold.

Senior leaders and executives who have built strong careers but sense that the next stage requires a different quality of leadership — not just more of the same.

Professionals in transition — stepping into a new role, moving across organisations, or reconsidering the direction of their professional life entirely.

Leaders who want to lead better — with more presence, more clarity in their decisions, and more alignment between their values and how they actually show up.

Anyone who has quietly recognised that what brought them here will not, by itself, take them where they want to go.

A question worth sitting with

Is this the right moment?

If you sense a gap between the leader you are and the leader you are capable of being — this is the right moment. Not because something is wrong, but because you are ready.

The most effective leaders I have worked with were not struggling. They were simply ready to think more deliberately about who they are becoming.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Executive coaching is for anyone at a significant stage of professional growth — whether you're stepping into a leadership role, navigating a transition, or simply ready to lead more intentionally. The title matters less than the readiness to do the work.
Mentors advise from their own experience. Consultants provide solutions. A coach helps you discover and develop your own answers — because the most powerful change comes from within, not from following someone else's path. Trained through Erickson Coaching International, I use a solution-focused approach grounded in this belief.
Clarity often begins in the very first session. Shifts in thinking and behaviour typically emerge within a few weeks of consistent work. The deeper changes — in how you lead, decide, and relate — compound over the full engagement and beyond.
Sessions are typically one hour, and the cadence is agreed upon together based on your situation and goals. Between sessions, the most valuable work often happens in how you approach everyday moments — no homework assignments required.
Significantly. A manager, however well-intentioned, operates within an organisational context and has a stake in your performance. An external coach provides a genuinely confidential, agenda-free space — where you can think more freely, more honestly, and more deeply.
While I am based in Bangalore, all sessions are conducted virtually — so location is not a barrier. All you need is a stable connection and a quiet space where you can speak openly.
